Our client, an established and fun Technology company based in Shoreditch, are looking for a Trainee Client Services Invoicing Clerk who has gained a minimum of two month's experience, to join their sociable team. I am looking for someone who is has intermediate Microsoft Office skills, has excellent communication skills, is ambitious and keen to learn and who wants to kick start their career within a progressive company.
The Role

The Role
- Building relationships with client in a professional manner
- Managing a Client Relationship Management system, ensuring all client information is kept up to date
- Posting information to clients
- Calling customers to chase outstanding information
- Finance administration (eg sending out copy invoices, statements etc)
- Assisting team as required
- Ad-hoc requirements
The Person
- 2 Months office based experience
- Ambitious and keen to learn.
- Self-motivated
- Good telephone manner
- Good communicator
- Attention to detail
- Previously worked in an office environment
- Sense of humour!
