My Client, a creative agency in central London, is looking for a Global HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global HR Director, supporting global projects and activities.  You will be a self-starter with an excellent work ethic, integrity and a great sense of humour!

Duties will include (but are not limited to);

  • Organising UK and global travel, including expenses and raising PO’s
  • Meeting and diary management, as and when required, including setting up conference calls
  • Maintaining the data integrity of the HR database and updating global organisation charts on a bi-monthly basis
  • Creation and formatting of presentation decks for internal/external meetings and Executive Team meetings
  • Administrative and coordination support for global projects, including extensive liaison with global offices .
  • Production of weekly and monthly management reports

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in HR, managing some day to day tasks and activities (diary, travel, expenses), as well as providing administrative support for projects - agency background preferred but not essential.  You will have the ability to build effective relationships at all levels within the business and possess a  ‘can do’, solutions orientated attitude.  Do not delay and email me your CV today for more information!
