Operations and Fund Assistant

A boutique merchant bank who is entrepreneurial in nature is seeking a Fund and Operations Assistant to support the COO as the company moves into a new phase of solidifying processes and bringing structure this hugely successful company. You are someone who would seek out a role with high expectations, pace and variety in their day to day role.

The COO wants to work with someone smart and proactive who will support her to create and refine policies to increase efficiency, communication and coordination across the business.

Duties will include:

• Board preparation (data collation; presentation; memos, minutes)
• Assist and oversee board meeting cycles
• Assist in coordination of investor roadshows, meeting and follow up
• Coordination of the distribution of quarterly mail shots
• Coordinating with fund administrators on matters such as: draw down; distributions; audit and accounting; KYC

• Assist in gathering data for, monitoring and presentation of KPIs across the business
• Help to establish and manage databases/CRM system/electronic filing systems
• Assist in an office move
• Build a CRM system that is functional and kept updated

You are someone who wants to hit the ground running, offer new ideas and are able to easily juggle multiple tasks at breakneck speed. You would describe yourself as a natural problem solver who remains unflappable no matter what and is happy moving between tasks seamlessly.
