Our client are a financial and strategic consultancy based in Canary Wharf. The company is currently hiring a full-time Office Manager to help run the office and to coordinate and lead all administrative matters for the team in London. This will include EA support to the Founder & CEO.

You will be primarily responsible for managing the daily operations of the London office which includes office operations, human resources, vendor coordination, travel coordination and IT needs, as well as assisting with various projects.

The right candidate for this role will ideally have worked for a start-up business before, be of entrepreneurial mind and able to work outside of a set job description, adapting the role as the business needs evolve. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Executive Support, mainly diary management and helping to set up meetings for the CEO
  • Meeting management and travel planning for the London team
  • HR – issuing contracts to new starters, making sure all documents are received, compliance, etc. and general HR queries
  • Facilities management (liaising with the serviced office providers)
  • Marketing
  • Any other ad-hoc work that is required
  •  

Suitable candidates for this role will have worked in a similar role previously and have experience of working in a start-up environment. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate flexibility and be able to deal with change well.
