Leading Fashion/Retail Co. – Senior Receptionist

This well-known fashion/retail company based in newly refurbished offices in Central London are looking for a Senior Receptionist who is passionate about delivering an exceptional front line customer service.  Working in a team of four, you will be responsible for the following:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors to the company
• Overseeing all catering requirements for the meeting rooms
• Provide leadership to the team of Receptionists
• Creating and managing a rota
• Answering all the telephone calls efficiently
• Supporting the Facilities Helpdesk when necessary
• Creating new systems and processes to ensure the slick running of the desk

This is an incredibly varied and busy role that would suit someone who is a dedicated receptionist, has a passion for fashion and who is looking for a role where you will take on a lot of responsibility!  Previous reception experience is absolutely essential.
