MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are searching for passionate customer service representatives to work in a helpdesk centre, providing technical advice for both English and Polish clients. Your key responsibilities will be:
*Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
*Providing excellent customer service (including inbound telephone and email).
*Ensuring that customer emails are replied to within the set standards of quality and accuracy.
*Helping customers logging and managing incidents and taking ownership of seeing these through to resolution.
*Promoting clear communications between the company and its customers.
*Ensuring a totally seamless customer experience and providing product advice.
*Dealing with complaints and escalations.
*Identifying problems and bringing these to the attention of the Team Managers.
*Providing support to the Marketing department during the organisation and execution of shows.
*Ideally someone with Customer Service experience.
*Outstanding communication skills, specifically over the phone.
*Excellent writing abilities, as the role will require answering emails in both languages.
*Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent.
*Preferably someone interested in gadgets and technology, as well as interest in outdoor activities and fitness.
