Private Personal Assistant position - High net worth individual

Salary - £35-£45,000 DOE

Are you looking for a role that not only incorporates private PA duties but also has the addition of working behind the scenes with a large team to ensure the smooth running of an estate and the needs of your boss are taken care of? Are you keen to secure a permanent long-term position where no two days are the same? Then this is the role for you.

My high profile client is seeking an intelligent, driven, focused, experience PA to join their team who wants to work within a fast paced, positive environment. You will be based from their home in Central London, however, it will be necessary for you to join them on occasion throughout the year at their properties overseas. You will be aiding the client in numerous aspects of their lives to ensure their busy schedule is achieved with ease. You will be heavily involved in their family life, and confidentiality is off the upmost importance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Booking doctors and dental appointments
• Arranging meetings
• Diary management
• Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends
• Travel arrangements
• Managing other members of the team
• Delegating tasks to other team members, to ensure all tasks are completed effectively
