PA to Founder, City

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to work for the Founder of a well-established, innovative Consultancy firm based in the City. This is a pivotal PA role, liaising with clients at all levels, developing & building long-lasting client relationships and extensive schedule management. It would suit a candidate with a wealth of experience working at top level with the ability to multi-task & the confidence to liaise at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Extensive diary management (both business and private commitments)
• Prioritising/managing inbox with a timely response to business critical issues
• Acting as gatekeeper, with clear sense of professional/client and personal priorities
• Organising internal and external meetings (including any catering arrangements)
• Complex travel arrangements including completing visa applications, booking flights, taxis, trains and hotels and producing detailed travel itineraries
• Understanding all processes and projects
• Projects - management of full logistics for initiatives to include offsites
• Conducting research
• Communicating with clients and maintaining good working relationships at all levels
• Meeting and greeting office visitors at all levels of seniority
• Filing, archiving, expenses, assistance with smooth running of small office

Requirements

• Previous senior-level  PA experience gained within Professional Services or corporate firm
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• An appreciation of high levels of confidentiality
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Ability to think and plan ahead
• Attention to detail and thinking laterally to come up with innovative solutions is crucial
• Team player with positive attitude!
• Ability to work well as part of a small team within ‘boutique’ style firm
