Pathfinders Media Recruitment has had a fantastic opportunity arise to work with an innovative advertising company based in the heart of London as temporary support for their busy reception desk.
Our client is a creative advertising agency that works with some very high profile clients and is growing year on year. They are looking for those with a strong work ethic, excellent telephone manner and keen eye for detail.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Co-ordinating a busy switchboard
- General administration duties
- Organising and managing a busy meeting room diary
- Co-ordinating all post and deliveries
- Acting as front of house, meeting and greeting guests
- Copying and filing
- Other ad-hoc duties
In order to be considered for this position you will be a confident communicator and able to liaise with up to a senior level. You will have prior experience of working on reception in a similar role, and have knowledge of switchboards. Energetic, bright and enthusiastic, you will be a natural motivator and be able to organise the smooth running of their front of house function.
