Secretary/Personal Assistant
Central London
£27,000.00
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Secretary/Personal Assistant for an establish mid-size Accountancy firm based in the West End. This is fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Secretary/Personal Assistant
to be a part of a well-recognised and respected organisation. This organisation believes investing into its employees and making sure they reach their full potential and so consequently you will be working in an exciting and motivating organisation. Duties include –
- Diary management
- Booking meetings
- Booking travel
- Minute taking
- Preparation of reports and documents
- Reception cover when needed
- Ad Hoc HR duties
- General administrative duties
- Meeting, greeting and liaising with clients
- Working as part of a PA team
Skills required:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Secretary/PA role, preferably within Professional Services
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to multitask and use initiative
- Experienced and confident with Microsoft Office packages
The ideal candidate will need the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and have a positive attitude. You must have great communication skills and be professional in your approach and you will need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
