Your new company:
A luxury private clinic based within the heart of the West End.

Your new role:

• Filing confidential documents and much more
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients
• Liaise with callers, assisting with any questions or queries they may have, and take messages accurately, informing the appropriate person as soon as possible. (Calls to be dealt with quickly.)
• Ensure incoming post is sorted and distributed in pigeon holes. All incoming post should remain sealed unless it is not clear whom the post is intended for.
• Keep post area tidy and easily accessible at all times.
• Check that invoices against delivery notes before payment is authorised.
• To work as a team with other individuals and colleagues in the Company, sharing knowledge when appropriate, helping colleagues and promoting a spirit of mutual respect and support.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Take pride in their appearance
• MUST HAVE previous reception experience within a reception role, ideally within a luxury retail company
• Excellent telephone manner and customer services
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• You will need to be a self-starter and able to think of your feet and adapt to any tasks set to you.
