An entrepreneurial Insurance Services company is looking for someone to join their quirky unique culture as a Hospitality Associate.

This is not a regular Front of House job, we want someone who will go the extra mile as this role is particularly based on relationship building with not only visitors but all internal staff.

We would love someone with a background in hospitality or working in a customer engagement environment such as Airlines or Tourism.

Duties:

  • Engage with all visitors and build relationships in line with the company’s unique culture
  • Ensure visitors are greeted by a friendly face and made to feel special and part of this quirky yet corporate setup
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared and cleared as required
  • Offer refreshments to both guests and internal teams
  • Assist in organisation of internal events
  • Support implementation of Health and Safety procedures and other facilities’ duties
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
  • Monitor stationery, print and food and beverage inventory and request / procure supplies as required
