We are really excited to be working with this award winning brand-building and production company based in lovely offices in Central London. Supporting the whole office, you will be the focal point for all office administration/management. They have produced some of children’s well known TV programmes and films! This is an exceptionally busy role and would suit someone who is passionate about setting up new systems and processes, enjoys being the lynchpin of a company and who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in! This is NOT a route into production so please only apply if you are wanting to pursue the Office Management role. Duties will include:
- Running all aspects of the office and office requirements
- Dealing with day to day office needs inc. office supplies, sundries, drinks etc
- Storage management
- Fielding telephone calls/correspondence/visitors
- Managing couriers and deliveries
- Managing IT systems and database
- Petty cash management
- Assess and monitor Health & Safety needs and implement solutions
- When required diary/travel/itinerary management
- Where required assisting with company administration etc.
- Ad hoc duties
Previous experience within office management or administration is essential as is a really proactive and can-do attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity so please do send your CV to us asap!
