OfficeTeam has an exciting Office Assistant role to start immediately for a Prestigious Bespoke Tailors based in Mayfair.
The role is paying the successful candidate a starting salary of £18,000 pa
This is a fantastic entry level opportunity which will give the successful candidate training in all aspects of office administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Taking phone calls and forwarding calls and messages;
· You will handle all incoming and outgoing mail as well as arranging special deliveries and collections
· Photocopying, filing, scanning and printing
· Ordering office supplies
· Website administration
· Booking customer appointments
· Planning staff events
· Personnel records
· You will support the Office Manager and Executive Assistant with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
· Proficiency using MS Office packages and other software
You will be an organised and proactive candidate who is willing to learn and be a real team player!
