A rare opportunity for an accomplished HR professional has arisen with this high profile organisation with wide ranging charitable and commercial business interests. Based in the City of London, you will operate as the Company’s HR expert in this standalone generalist role. Responsibilities will include recruitment, training, administration of a wide range of staff benefits including the Group Pension Plan for 120 staff and exposure to TUPE. You will advise Managers on a day to day basis and work with senior management to lead and manage employee relations, ensuring best practice and procedures for reward and recognition policies.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and a self-motivated individual with detailed knowledge of employment legislation combined with the ability to plan and think strategically. Previous experience gained both within a commercial organisation and charitable/membership organisation would be ideal. This role will best suit an individual able to balance the need for progress with a respect for tradition.
