One of our multi brand clients are looking for an enthusastic Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team.The purpose of the role is to support the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager with the maintenance and administration of the retail Brand’s Ecommerce sites, social media and digital marketing platforms.

Duties are as follows:

ECOMMERCE
•Day to day use of Magento CMS including but not limited to: approved seasonal and adhoc product uploads, merchandising of products, creating appropriate product assortments, feeds, soft landing pages and links, approved content
•Ensuring accurate descriptions and imagery to the delivered product
•Responsible for executing the seasonal product upload Critical Path with timely product upload preparation and execution
•Responsible for visibility of Ecommerce delivery schedules to ensure products go live in a timely manner
•Responsible for the production and health of product feeds such as Goggle Shopping
•Dashboard management of any third party referral channels or feeds
•Ensure the fulfilment of e-Commerce orders within the agreed/promised time frames (until moved to warehouse 2017) thereafter be in contact with warehouse
•Timely management of ecommerce packaging order (until moved to warehouse 2017) thereafter be in contact with warehouse
•Ecommerce order payment systems management including but not limited to: Global Iris Realex, and Paypal
•Responsible for onsite best practice SEO including but not limited to: URLs, product names, page titles, meta descriptions, keywords, link strategy, anchor text, unique content with no duplication

SOCIAL, EMAIL, DIGITAL MARKETING
•Creating on-brand copy to support assets across all social platforms
•Regular scheduling of social posts as directed by the Ecomm & Digital Marketing Manager
•Timely upload of approved newsletter content and links as directed by the Ecomm & Digital Marketing Manager
•Regular scheduling of approved email newsletters
•Assist with any other digital marketing collateral across all touch points as directed by the Ecomm & Digital Marketing Manager

COPY WRITING
•Copy writing, keeping to brand tone of voice, including but not limited to: product descriptions focussed on SEO keyword strategy, social and blog posts, email, 

CUSTOMER SERVICE
•Responsible for timely answering of customer service in a professional and brand appropriate manner, including liaising with garment tech and warehouse where necessary 
•Resolving any Paypal disputes with the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager
•Together with the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager resolve any order and customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will be collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to internal departments, customers, website development agency, ecommerce photography agency, referral programmes, external feeds
•Ideally you will be CRM aware and proactively support and nurture the customer base. 
•Monitor the health of the Brand websites / platforms, the customer base and inform immediately of any issues which deviate from, or have the potential to deviate from, normal levels of service.
•Together with the team, assist in the planning of online activity, launches and themes. 
•Consistently look and propose ways to improve internal processes, the customer experience, site optimisation for acquisition conversion, retention etc.
•Any other tasks as requested by your line manager in line with your skills and experience.
•Dedicated to keeping up with digital trends and technology
•Regular competitor analysis and present findings

The ideal candidate will be degree educated and experience working in Ecommerce with an online retailer preferably in Menswear. Strong MS Office as well as Excel skills are a must as well as copywriting skills. SEO, Google Analytics, RMS or Navision is advantageous as is Zedonk or Photoshop.
