My client, a global investment management firm renowned as leaders in their field, are seeking an Investment Transcriber to join their busy Investment Operations Team on a permanent basis.
With responsibility for producing high quality minutes from Investment meetings on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis, you will be responsible for self-reviewing and proof-reading work to ensure it is free from errors, sending notes to Analysts for review and correction, and loading the final version of notes onto the research management system.
Additional responsibilities of the Investment Transcriber will include reviewing marketing materials to ensure they remain up to date and relevant, running performance reports on requests, and acting as first point of contact for queries to the team.
To secure this newly created role, you will possess solid administrative skills within the Investment or Financial Services sector, and be comfortable with & experienced in a role requiring high volumes of typing/audio typing. A minimum of 60-80wpm is required.
Previous transcription experience would be ideal.
Excellent attention to detail and use of grammar, spelling & punctuation is essential, as is the ability to paraphrase and summarise information quickly.
The successful candidate will be able work well with the wider team of investment professionals but also self-motivate, and possess an understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality in their work.
