We are seeking an Office and Guest Services professional, with a strong customer service and administration background, to join our brand new Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey.
You will be working across various operations within the business, including Reception, Mailroom, Helpdesk, along with general administration duties to support the Office Services and Facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure the smooth operation of all client facing services within ISS Buildings
• To process all meeting room requests efficiently in line with the client meeting room management system.
• Providing a five star meet and greet service
• To liaise, recognise and know all clients and employees in their work related needs in addition to key stakeholders.
• To be responsible for all areas of office coordination to include building walk-around checks with a keen eye for detail, management of printers and supervision of pantry and tea point areas.
• To proactively liaise with ISS Helpdesk, reporting anomalies and issues as required.
• To process building access pass applications for clients, guests and employees in accordance with security guidelines
• To run an effective operation in the mailroom including outbound and inbound mail delivery liaising with Royal Mail and courier companies.
• To assist in the training of where necessary other Client Services and Network Team Members.
• To maintain excellent working relationships with the other onsite contractors.
• To maintain excellent working relationships with the tenants and designated tenant contact points within the building.
• To maintain a professional appearance at all times in line with five-star client facing standards.
• Flexibility to work across the ISS Building locations in South Quay and Weybridge as required by the business during the operating hours
• To show responsibility for personal Health and Safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Front of House and Legal requirement, to include first aid and fire safety

On-site parking is offered along with a shuttle bus service to and from Weybridge train station.

You will work on a shift basis, with typical hours of 7am - 3pm or 9.30am - 5.30pm as required.
