Administrative and secretarial support to the Company Secretarial Department


Insurance company based in Central London paying up to £28,000 looking for a Team Admin Assistant. The role holder is expected to communicate with internal and external customers to both the department and business including Executive Directors and their PAs, the Chief Risk Officer and other department and business unit heads, Insurance brokers, NEDs.

Key responsibilities:
 

  • Organising of diary as required
  • Arranging meetings/ conference calls
  • Arranging overseas/UK travel, including flights, hotels and creating comprehensive itineraries.
  • Operating brought forward file for SACS and Head of Secretariat to ensure they are prepared for meetings and external functions.
  • Process plc NED expenses.
  • Answer/resolve ad hoc queries
  • Managing the signature and storage of minutes including ensuring minutes are signed for meetings administered, scanned and electronically filed with original copy correctly filed in the relevant Minute book file in the fire-proof safe.
