Top EA for Arts & Luxury Brands

Our client is a high profile arts and luxury brands consultant, who is looking for a bright and efficient EA to assist with their business requirements. They work with some of the best brands in the industry so this is a really exciting role for somebody who is really passionate about contemporary art and luxury fashion. It will be incredibly varied but it will give you great exposure to some really exciting contacts and companies.

Your typical duties as EA will include managing a hectic and ever-changing diary, including frequent international travel bookings. You will coordinate lots of events logistics, including liaising with agents, sending out invitations and maintaining a database of RSVPs. You will also undertake some project management, and completing all relevant research concerning art and fashion in line with the projects. You will build and maintain relationships by organising client entertainment and purchasing gifts. You will also complete general administrative and organisational tasks so you must be happy to muck in and get involved across the business.

For this role you MUST have 2 years’ experience as an EA. You MUST either have experience or a demonstrable interest in the contemporary art and luxury fashion sectors, or be really passionate about forging a career within the industry. You must be meticulously organised and detail orientated, with impeccable writing skills and the ability to multitask even under pressure. You must be proficient in both Mac and PAC.
