Are you an experienced Office Administrator who would like to join a reputable pharmaceutical company in London? This role will keep you very busy and engaged and will also see you organising various events, so very exciting for the right candidate!

The role of Office Administrator will see you supporting the Executive Assistant and the wider team, they are moving into stunning offices in March in so you will need to work efficiently to ensure the office move runs smoothly.

Duties for the Office Administrator:

  • Be the main point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Provide a professional front of house service for all guests
  • Support the EA with HR and Recruitment duties
  • Be involved with events; venue assessment, catering, travel and accommodation
  • Manage venue bookings, prepare presentation packs, take minutes and liaise with venue members
  • Keeping the office well organised
  • Looking after service contracts and payments relating to the building

Requirements for te Office Administrator:

  • Previous Office Administration experience, ideally with experience in events
  • Personable with a hard working nature
  • Happy to take on various tasks
  • There will be times when you may be on your own so it's important that you are content with working on your own and making decisions when necessary

The hours of work are 9.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
