This role is working for a leading Asset Management firm. They currently have 30 members of the team and they have created a new role for someone to come in to be a lynch pin to the office. The role will be varied and will require someone to consistently look at ways in improving the systems and proceses, whilst making the daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Manage the day to day roperations of the office.
  • HR and compliance support.
  • PA support for the senior management team.
  • Diary management for entire team.
  • Booking itinerary for meetings with fund managers for overseas trips and arranging papers to take with them electronically and paper version.
  • Liase with finance.
  • Team expenses (credit cards and cash).
  • Manage client events.
  • Sit in on Investment meetings/minute takie as required.
  • Coordinate business travel for the full asset management team and BD Team
  • General Admin support as required.
  • Manage Reception team.
  • Control contracts for cleaning, stationery etc
  • Support business development team in delivery of work.
  • Look at ways of improving the services and sales streams.

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Competent using CRM
  • Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal
