Assistant to Directors in TV Production Company

A fantastic independent TV production company based in the Fulham area is looking for an Assistant to look after two of their directors. This is an initial 6 month contract to start ASAP.

In this exciting role as Assistant to Directors, your role will be as follows:

·         Dealing with clip sales

·         Processing expenses

·         Booking international travel

·         Diary management to include booking meetings for global trips and conferences

·         Responding to general inquiries

·         Arranging company events

·         Updating the company webpage

·         Collating industry news and ratings

·         Providing general office support

·         Providing ad-hoc help to other teams

This is a one-off opportunity for someone who would love to start their career in TV. You don’t need to have experience within TV to be considered for this role. All you need is some previous office experience along with bundles of enthusiasm and an interest in television.
