Do you hold fantastic customer service skills, do you enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis? If so this role is for you, I am recruiting a Receptionist with a professional service firm based in the City on London.

This is a nice varied role with elements of both Reception and Administration work, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive receptionist who will be involved with front desk co-ordination and administration.

Duties for the Receptionist:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Setting up meeting rooms including video conferencing
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls to the relevant people.
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Arranging couriers
  • Sending out meeting confirmation to clients
  • Diary management
  • Document formatting

As a Receptionist the ideal skills and experience will include:

  • Previous corporate Reception experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Able to work in a team
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is desirable
