PA to ECD’s - Award Winning Advertising Agency, Shoreditch

An opportunity exists for an experienced media PA to work within an award-wining advertising agency based in super cool offices in Shoreditch.

Reporting directly to the two Executive Creative Directors, your role is to be an established PA, supporting them in every which way and basically running their lives!

Specifically you will undertake comprehensive, proactive email management, organize inboxes and ensure your Directors are given relevant documents, emails and research in advance of meetings. You’ll answer phones, screen calls, undertake diary management, schedules, travel itineraries, proactively rescheduling where there are clashes. You’ll brief your Directors before meetings, arrange room bookings, catering, look after external guests and be involved in any ad-hoc duties that arise.  There will be extensive project work within this role and you will be trusted to research and report back your findings regularly. You will be the go-to person for any client requests that the ECD’s are involved in and always be 5 steps ahead of the game to ensure the best service is given! Extensive personal work is a large part of the role, organising family holidays, dinners and events and dealing with financial matters.

You will be a media PA with 5 years + experience in an Agency environment, specifically advertising. You’ll have strong MS Office skills across the board including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, emotional intelligence, commercial acumen and a strong work ethic. You will be a great all-rounder and be able to get stuck with any task thrown at you! Working for 2 demanding characters, you will be the calming influence in the office and be able to keep the peace amongst the chaos! An ability to communicate confidently is essential as you will be the eyes and ears of the ECD’s, and of course an ambassador for the brand.
