Our client is an environmental organization based in the heart of the City and they are looking for a proven PA to join them to support their Chief Operating Officer who basically heads up the entire Global Operation!

You will be working for a fun, upbeat, highly intelligent individual who will give you heaps of autonomy and will really bring you into the heart of the business. She is fun, focussed and works at a fast pace so she is looking for a degree standard individual with a great sense of humour to support her with all things PA!

Whilst supporting her you will also have exposure to fundraising teams, HR and Governance so your role will be pretty broad. You will be calm under pressure, able to spot issues at a 100 yards and be a total solutions focussed individual.

Our client has offices Globally so whilst the COO works mainly out of London there is complex travel to organise and in turn this also means that you will be working autonomously at times. The London office has about 75 staff and boasts over 30 different nationalities. It’s a fun culture with a driven and conscientious workforce.  

You will be adept at letter writing and be able to spot a grammatical error with ease and be flexible with your approach to work. At times you will cover the PA to the CEO.
