This award-winning PR and Communications Consultancy is an award winning agency that excels at delivering focused and impactful communications strategies and campaigns. They are now looking for a Reception Assistant/Hospitality Assistant to join their award winning team. This role will work alongside the Head of Reception and will help provide a professional and friend reception serve to the agency and its clients.
The main responsibilities will include:-
- Working closely with their in-house catering team
- Ordering, setting up and helping cater for meetings
- Assisting with organising large conferences and events
- Help meet and greet visitors
- Assisting with meeting room bookings
- Managing IT for meetings
- Building relationships with key people across the organisation
- Other ad hoc duties
The successful Reception Assistant/Hospitality Assistant will:-
- Have an enthusiastic and pro-active approach to their work
- Use their own initiative to solve any issues quickly and professionally
- Be observant and conscientious
- Have excellent time keeping
- Be approachable and friendly
- Be well-presented
- Be familiar with IT packages
