Team PA

Immediate starter needed! Confident and capable team PA and Office Assistant needed in the West End for an asap start! This is for a world renowned brand. The team is fantastic and they work really hard as a unit. This role is to be hired temp to 6 month (ideally you will be immediately available) and you will be helping with all aspects of running the office;

•             Meeting and greeting all VIP guests and clients

•             Some diary management (3 Directors)

•             Assisting other PA’s organise travel

•             Ordering stationary and supplies

•             Transferring calls

•             Working as part of the support team assisting guests/VIP’s with any questions/queries
