A Permanent Receptionist working for a Healthcare organisation in central London. Start date Feb / March 2017

Your new company

This Healthcare organisation supports people with drug and Alcohol misuse as well as other health issues. They also have a number of private patients as well. It's a friendly office situated close to a number of good transport links.

Your new role

The role will be supporting the whole office in both receptionist and admin duties. You'll be the first point of contact and the face of the office. The main duties include meeting and greeting patients, organising diaries and managing the front desk. Other duties include filling and other adhoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

To be a success in the role you must be organised , friendly and able to deal with patients from a number of different backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment and job role. A strong understanding of MS packages and software is an essential. You must have a mature attitude to work and people as well.
