An urgent request for an experienced Facilities Assistant/ Post Room Clerk, to start this week for this corporate company based in the City. You will have previous expereince and a "can do" attitude to work for this busy team who oversea two buildings
Main Duties
To log and distribute post
Distrubte to the depts and collect both am / pm
Have knowledge of MS Outlook to respond to emails and queries
To work as a Facilities Assistant in the set up of meeting rooms and light DIY duties
To liase with and organise outside contractors and oversea internal work
To cross train on their booking system (Concord), for meeting room set up
Have excellent communication skills and a "Can Do" attidude and be a team player
This is an ongoing temp role to start ASAP on a week to week basis
Hourly pay rate £9.00 / £10.00 (plus holiday pay)
