A creative Angel Investor based in the City, who has been developed by intelligent people who are passionate about what they do. They have invested in some very innovative and exciting ideas, so this is a very exciting time to be working for the firm.

The Role

Recruitment coordinator to help support their recruitment manager during this busy time. This will be a part time role and will be flexible on the hours/ days that suit you. The environment is extremely fast paced, so you will enjoy quick thinking and using your initiative. This will be a temporary role for 2 months initially, will the possibility to extend. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Liaising both internally and externally to schedule in candidate interviews.
  • Helping proof read and post job advertisements through various different online methods
  • Maintain and cleanse the current company database
  • Source and research candidate through various different online platforms
  • Help coordinate and finalize job offers
  • Promote the company culture - being a positive representation of the company

Requirements

Must have previous recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate key organisational, administration and communication skills. Strong organisation skills and be able to work effectively in a past paced and busy environment. You will be a natural communicator and be willing to take on tasks with a helpful attitude. Immediately availability is a necessity.
