Creative and buzzy Agency is looking for a top class EA ready to hit the ground running in a busy PA role. As PA to the CEO you will provide seamless PA support as well as being an integral part of the business. This is a small but fun and vibrant agency where you will feel like family!
On a typical day you will be providing diary management, extensive travel booking (international and complex), meeting management, expenses, general administration and much more. You will be heavily relied on as a ‘right hand’ support and must have experience managing up. The best person for this role will just do the basics very well.
The ideal candidate will have strong PA experience supporting a creative in an Agency – ideally advertising. You will be bright and sparky with a bit of personality. You must have a passion for the industry and have 2-5 years+ experience as PA within the creative world. You will have excellent IT skills will be confident and bubbly. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
