A corporate tech firm located in the City is looking for a temporary Office Assistant. The role is varied and includes:

  • Facilities management - managing stock levels of stationary and kitchen supplies and liaising with contractors when required
  • Supporting the sales team, EA and HR department
  • HR duties - including liaising with recruitment agencies and scheduling interviews

 

The ideal candidate will

  • Be well presented and confident
  • Be able to hit the ground running
  • Have previous similar experience
  • Be available to interview immediately 

 

Temporary 5 week contract until the end of March 

£12-13 per hour
