A busy Financial Services firm located in Central London is looking for a Corporate Receptionist. The role is varied and duties include meeting and greeting visitors, managing diaries, coordinating meeting room schedules, and general administration tasks as required. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be well presented, polished and professional
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have 1-2 years previous experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment
  • Be able to use their own initiative and prioritise tasks
  • Have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • Thrive in a busy environment 

 

The role is full time and the salary is £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.
