A busy Financial Services firm located in Central London is looking for a Corporate Receptionist. The role is varied and duties include meeting and greeting visitors, managing diaries, coordinating meeting room schedules, and general administration tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be well presented, polished and professional
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have 1-2 years previous experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment
- Be able to use their own initiative and prioritise tasks
- Have a good knowledge of MS Office
- Thrive in a busy environment
