This international couple are looking for an experienced travel coordinator to organise their extensive and complex travel plans - plus plan for all family members, friends and guests where necessary.

  • Flights worldwide, commercial and private 
  • Producing detailed travel itineraries
  • Accommodation > retreats /hotels/ villas/ apartments
  • Restaurant bookings
  • Car rental, Water taxis
  • Chauffeur services worldwide & dealing with private chauffeurs in London & Vienna
  • Organizing Visas & Estas
  • Informing Housekeepers, property managers, drivers, boat captains of arrivals & departures
  • Keeping track of vaccination requirements
  • Hiring bodyguards in specific countries
