Receptionist for Charitable Foundation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a cheerful receptionist to join a highly influential charitable foundation based in West London.

This role will see you acting as the face of the company in meeting and greeting all visitors to the office. This will range from the general public through to HNW investors and influential personalities. You will field incoming calls, manage the meeting rooms as well as taking responsibility for the post and assisting with ad hoc administrative support. This is a super friendly and motivated team with a small company feel in beautifully remodelled offices.

The ideal candidate will have a couple of years’ office based experience, ideally with a reception element, and will be comfortable in liaising with a range of individuals. You will be quietly confident- polite and charming as well as being quick thinking with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
