Float Team Assistant – Global Capital Markets team

£18 - £20 per hour

City – 9am to 17.30pm (flexibility required)

Are you a proactive, resilient and well-presented PA / Team Assistant? Do you have a wealth of experience supporting multiple individuals within the Financial Service entity? Are you switched on and dedicated to providing a great level of support? Are you a positive individual, happy to tackle any task thrown at you? If so, this is the role for you!

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Travel booking / itineraries
• Cover colleagues as and when required
• Extensive diary management for team
• Maintain database
• Arrange conference calls
• Produce ad-hoc presentations on request

The ideal candidate will:

• Be discreet
• Be proactive / ‘can do’ approach
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have great attention to detail
• Be a minimum of 50 WPM when typing
• Be articulate
• Be advance level on Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook
