Office Assistant with experience of travel arrangements based in Ealing


Are you an experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant with solid IT skills, experience arranging corporate travel and like to work for an Ealing based international organisation?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist/Assistant to join this growing team. Although based n Reception you will be thre Travel coordinator forthe office as well as pricess expenses, inovices and manage office functions. The successul candidate must have experience of arranging corporate travel and expenses.

The main duties involve:

  • Switchboard cover
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Arranging all corporate travel, itineriaries and visas
  • Providing admin support to the teams
  • Managing stationery and general office supplies
  • Liaising with the IT provider
