A brand new position has become available working in an ethical investment company in central London. This is a novel firm who are based in communal offices and really want to give something back!
The could be ideal for a mum/ dad returning to work or someone who wants a 9-5pm position. The role will be to support 3 company directors with all admin support and to the wider office as well. It's will be extremely varied and will require a candidate with a switched on, methodical and organised nature. Duties will include management of invoices, fund reports on Excel (excellent knowledge of Excel is essential), creating compliance systems and maintaining records, managing IT suppliers, procurement, team expenses, office management, collection of post, coordinating office events and making it a fun place to work!
There will also be adhoc duties such as minute taking, dealing with recruitment, creating Powerpoint Presentations, admin support on large projects and arranging and planning travel.
You must be a caring, hard working individual who likes to look after people in the office and make the company an even better place to be! Good IT skills are essential.
