EA Manager/Lead

One of our longest standing clients is looking to add a dynamic member to their well established and highly performing EA leadership team.  The ideal person is already an experienced EA, with some leadership exposure and who is ready to take the next step in their career, namely in leading an EA team within a large, global and dynamic environment.  

You will be a role model with a solid EA background supporting at CEO or Director level and already have some experience of recruiting, training and coaching EAs or similar in a global professional service environment.   

You will be mature, an innovative problem solver, love a challenge and thrive on working as part of a tight knit team to solve complex issues - whether they be health, team or performance related. 

Stepping away from EA responsibilities yourself, you will be involved in the recruitment, performance management, coaching and problem solving required to ensure your team functions to the high level expected and develops to their full potential.  You will also have the gravitas to problem solve and work closely with senior executives across the organisation.

Working alongside some of the brightest people in the business, you will thrive on a challenge, be comfortable working at pace, often under pressure and with little guidance.

Requirements:

• A solid, stable EA career within a professional service environment
• Proven leadership experience including recruitment, coaching and performance management
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve at speed, but with care and compassion
• Highly empathetic, discreet and mature
• Preferably degree educated, or equivalent
