My client, a global organisation at the forefront of their industry, is looking for a PA to the General Counsel plus team. This is an exciting new role where you will build a strong working relationship with your boss, a role where you are trusted and able to use your initiative on a daily basis.

They are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to work in a dynamic but also collaborative environment. The role is busy and varied and will entail providing proactive right hand support to the General Counsel. You will get involved with extensive diary and travel management, making decisions on conflicting priorities, organising extensive worldwide travel and email management. You will also be preparing reports, presentation and preparing formal documentation for board meetings. You will be attending team meetings, taking an active part and chasing up any action points. In addition you will get involved with undertaking document mark ups, managing the document management system and working with the Company Secretarial team to ensure deadlines are met. To be considered for this role you must have gained the above PA experience within a legal environment, ideally in-house experience but will also consider experience gained within a law firm. You will be highly organised, have good prioritisation/multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure. You will enjoy working proactively, leading from the front, happy to roll up your sleeves and enjoy being the glue in the team. You will have strong MS office skills and be used to undertaking document mark ups. You will also demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written.
