PA to Artist – East London

We are seeking a creative and switched on PA to work for a renowned and prominent Artist. Based in a stunning modern East London studio. This is an amazing opportunity to join a small team, and play a pivotal part. As the PA you will be supporting two individuals based in the art world so an interest or experience working within this industry would be beneficial. Our client is extremely busy and travels multiple times a week so the candidate must be highly organised to keep up with his ever-changing schedule. Duties will include diary and inbox management, arranging meetings, extensive travel arrangements for the director and team, expenses and client liaison. We are looking for a candidate with at least three years PA experience to join a lovely, creative team. The ideal candidate will be flexible over hours, sometimes a need for 5 shorter days, and others to be 5 full days depending on needs.
