Part-Time Office Manager

We have a fabulous part-time Office Manager role working in a creative studio in West London. Despite the company’s corporate interests the small team are buzzy and dynamic, and this is a hands-on role for an Office Manager looking to roll their sleeves up and get involved. As Office Manager you will be responsible for running a large and impressive art collection, organising big-budget events in the UK and overseas, assisting the CFO with finances and invoices, researching new venues for client entertainment, overseeing the office, assisting the team as and when and liaising across the sister office in New York…and playing the odd game of ping-pong! The ideal candidate will be driven, fun and enthusiastic with proven Office Manager experience. This will be a part-time 3 day/week role.
