Executive Assistant - Top Investment Company -Temp role

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional EA to step in and support a dynamic and fast moving team. This role will see you predominately supporting a senior manager who is at the top of his game. We are looking for a PA who can be adaptable in their style to support the ever-changing demands of this busy team within a Financial Services company based in the West End. This is a 4 - 8 week temporary position. For the right candidate, there may be the chance of a permanent position.

This role requires a strong EA with experience in professional services who is confident handling back to back diary management, complex international travel and an everchanging schedule. You will be confident dealing with business partners and senior level executives showing a willingness o go out of your way to assist. 

We are looking an articulate individual with proven experience. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, prides themselves on being a problem solver and acts with discretion and integrity at all times. You will be highly organised and confident in a high pressure, deadline driven environment. Adaptability and professionalism are essential to be successful within this role.
