Float PA - ongoing full-time temp role

This is a great time to join this successful international organisation in a busy float PA role.  This role will see you working for a slick corporate brand with a fantastic reputation. This is an incredibly well-organised and efficient team environment and they are looking for an experienced candidate who is flexible and adaptable. This role is an ongoing contract with the possibility to become a permanent role in time.

Working closely with managers and other assistants you will be responsible for full support to various teams across the business. This will be dependent upon leave, new projects, internal transfers or similar changes. You could be supporting senior partners dealing with highly sensitive information one week or 2 - 3 execs working on a new project the next.  This role will suit a PA who is confident managing busy diaries and travel arrangements in a fast paced team environment. You will be confident in your ability to build some strong relationships across the business.  You take a proactive approach to your work always thinking one step ahead and able to remain calm under pressure. You are always helpful and willing to assist.
