Our client, who specialises in the retail world, is looking for a  recruitment co-ordinator to join their rapidly expanding London team. This company particularly prides itself on the brilliant customer services it provides and this is where you would come in.

Duties will include:

•     You will be ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly with lots of liaising and negotiating

•     Ensure everyone has workable schedules, pro-actively communicating with the relevant people, travel arrangements, complex diary arrangements,

•    Handling submissions of applications, schedule internal and external meetings where needed for the team including phone screens and much more.

  They need someone who has previous complex co-ordination experience, has worked across multiple time zones, is able to work at pace and has excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in another European language would be advantageous, the ability to multi-task, be able to prioritise, impeccable attention to detail and a passion in all the work you carry out.
