Ongoing Content Executive - Finance Specialist - £13-14 per hour - Canary Wharf

Currently they are looking for a Content Executive to join the team on a temporary basis. You will be;

• Maintaining content catalogue and library documentation
• Working with subject matter experts to identify and develop new content for their library, and replace any material that is likely to be out of date.
• Undertake administration including uploading new videos, managing versions and tagging content appropriately.
• Discover and document relevant content management processes.
• Review and audit content on regular basis to ensure consistency and quality.
• Respond to internal requests for content by providing insight into library
• Manage and lead their video production function.

The ideal candidate will be very service focused, approachable, proactive to resolve issues and prides themselves in completing tasks on time.

• Demonstrable experience of content managing large content pools in a systemic way
• Knowledge of video content management systems
• Experience of working with technical and development teams
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Content Editing
• Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills
• Experience following and enforcing brand guidelines and knowledge of Copyright issues
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
