Bid and Studio Co-ordinators

About the roles

We have 3 opportunities for pivotal roles within BDP’s London Studio, helping teams up to 40 lively and very busy people involved in urban planning, engineering or architecture to help manage and expand their portfolio of national and international projects.

Working closely with studio leaders and BDP London’s wider marketing team you will spot arising project opportunities, help to develop the external profile of the studio, maintain databases of people and projects to make sure that the most relevant experience can be cited in bids and lead the preparation of high quality submissions, reports and presentations to help them to market and win new projects.  

In addition, you will co-ordinate the group by managing diaries, organising travel and generally keeping them organised, often working to tight deadlines with little room for error.

About you

You will be very organised, unflappable, assertive yet diplomatic and flexible with strong interpersonal skills. You will have an excellent standard of written and spoken English and a ‘can do’ attitude.  You will be proficient with Microsoft Office packages and have a flair for producing attractive documents.  Experience of ‘InDesign’ would be ideal but training will be provided to a candidate with the aptitude to create elegant layouts and the enthusiasm to learn.
