Who will you be working for?

A medical college who have a real influence in the quality of medical practice in the UK.

What will you be doing?

- Providing first rate administrative support across the range of trainee services functions working flexibly to meet business needs and priorities as agreed by the Enrolments Lead.

- Providing excellent customer support to doctors by email and telephone on the status of their enrolment, applications, and progression through training.

- Providing support for the enrolment process, including support for trainees by email and telephone, invoicing trainees for outstanding fees and processing payments.

- Maintaining contract lists and logs of applications and tasks and entering data onto the training board database.

- Requesting, logging and scanning of documentation, production of routine reports and correspondence and processing queries received in the centralised mailbox.

What skills are required?

- GCSE educated as a minimum, but ideally a good degree or equivalent would be desirable for this post.

- At least 1-2 admin experience, dealing with enquiries via telephone & email, providing a strong service orientated approach and demonstrate a high level of accuracy.

- Experience in a healthcare or related environment would be a huge advantage.

- Excellent IT skills, good record keeping skills and possess a systematic approach would also be advantageous.
