Our client, a global creative PR Agency based in lovely West End offices are seeking an Account Executive to sit within their Events team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an agency who is looking to take the next step in their career.
This predominantly administrative role will see you drafting event agreements for all of the international offices, as well as managing event budgets and therefore a diligent, methodical approach, a meticulous attention to detail and high levels of organisation are vital. Further to this, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure, and has the confidence to work under their own initiative as well as within a team environment. To perform well in this role, you will have an excellent ability to multitask, working on numerous projects simultaneously. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as an interest and knowledge of the fashion industry.
